About the Presenter:
With 35 years in corporate roles and 20 years of coaching, Ross Cox is a seasoned consultant. Born in Virginia, he has worked globally from small towns to NYC before settling in Greensboro in 1986.
Ross was a VP at Galey & Lord, Inc., formed through an LBO of Burlington Industries’ Blended Fabrics Division. In 2004, he transitioned to coaching using ActionCOACH’s model, earning three “ActionMAN” Awards.
Certified in DISC, Executive Coaching, AccuMatch Behavioral Coaching, and Engage & Grow Coaching, Ross is a two-time “North American Engage & Grow Coach of the Year.”
He resides in Greensboro with his wife of 52 years, Debbie, and has two married children and four grandchildren.
